Drew Horsfield is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has practiced in Bermuda for 20 years. In addition to being a qualified appraiser, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London with Healey & Baker working in the property investment area for 7 years prior to returning to Bermuda in 1981. Currently, he is serving a second term as the President of the Bermuda branch of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Drew was the Sales Manager and Appraiser for Bermuda Realty for 7 years with a team of 12, including 8 sales associates dealing with residential sales. In 2000 he launched his own appraisal business and has a client base with the local Banks, law firms and developers. This includes experience in commercial, residential, hotel and development appraisals for local and international companies including Bank of Bermuda; Bank of Butterfield; Capital G Bank and Gibbons Company; Cable & Wireless, Jardine Mathieson Holdings;Shell Oil, Bacardi, PXRe, Elbow Beach Hotel.
