Residential The assessment of value is based on market transactions provided by our Bermuda Property Database. The appraisal of the property is adjusted according to the location and condition of individual properties. The Appraisal does not constitute a building inspection and should you wish to assess the structure and condition of the building prior to entering into a contract, you should specify this in your offer.

Commercial In order to provide the appraisal market transactions for rental and sales coupled with income demand from a building will present a validation of property values.
